Cold-pressed, unfiltered, and full of character — this is olive oil the way it should be.

Our oil is produced in small batches from hand-picked olives, harvested in October and November and pressed within 48 hours. We use a traditional cold-press method, and the oil is left unfiltered to retain all its natural flavour and nutrients.

Each bottle comes from a single harvest on our organic-certified estate in Beira Baixa, Portugal. Expect a rich, green oil with a peppery finish — perfect for dipping, drizzling, or gifting.
