By using this website and placing an order or sponsorship with Quinta do Nicho, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Our olive oil is produced in small batches and may vary slightly in colour, flavour, or texture depending on the harvest. All bottles are filled and labelled by hand. Quantities are limited and subject to availability.
Orders are currently limited to a maximum of 2 bottles per transaction due to postage and packaging constraints. We only ship within Europe at this time. For orders outside of Europe please contact us.
Postage and Packing fees are added at checkout and are based on order size. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Sponsorships are valid for 12 months from the date of confirmation. Sponsors receive olive oil, a one-night B&B stay (subject to availability, up to 2 adults only), a drinks voucher for the local bar, and seasonal digital updates. Sponsorships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if requested.
Tree names must be respectful and family-friendly. We reserve the right to decline inappropriate names.
We collect only the necessary personal information to fulfil your order or sponsorship. We will never sell your data or share it without consent, except as required to complete your transaction (e.g. shipping providers).
